What is Image3D?
Image3D is a software tool written in C# for the analysis of two-dimensional and three-dimensional images. It was written to support the convenient tracing of vocal tract outlines in 2D and 3D magnetic resonance images of the head.The following screenshot shows the midsagittal section of a volumetric image of the vocal tract for the vowel /a:/. In the big picture on the right, the tracings of the outline are shown as blue lines.
